The Christian Medical Fellowship(CMF) is a national organisation that aim to unite and equip Christian doctors and nurses to live and speak for Jesus. In this society, we meet once a month in a local doctor's home to share food and enjoy a seminar/Q&A with our guest speaker(s) to discuss and explore practical and ethical issues of navigating healthcare as a Christian in a wholesome and curious way. This is a great place to connect you with other Christian medics and help you grow in faith whilst pursuing your calling in medicine. We are also a part of the CMF Wessex regional group which connects us with doctor, nurses and midwives groups across the region - Christmas Dinner in December, Summer BBQ in April/May. Every year in February, we travel to Yarnfield for the national CMF student conference where a particular healthcare related theme shapes the teaching and worship for the weekend - you are essentially introduced into a massive network of your future colleagues where you can find community almost wherever you go in the country (and out!)
