Jiu-Jitsu
Jiu-Jitsu is a practical, fun & technical martial art, based on the teachings of the Japanese Samurai, but updated to cope with modern situations. We teach a variety of techniques including throwing, restraining locks & weapons defence (i.e. chains, bottles, baseball bats...). It is great for getting into shape, as well as for those who prefer the more technical side of martial arts. So why not come along and give it a try, your first session is completely FREE! All abilities welcome, whether you've done Jiu-Jitsu before, another martial art, or none at all!

Training time: Wednesday 18:00-20:00 @ Glen Eyre Main Hall
(No Sports Pass required)
+ FREE sessions every month @ The Quays with our Town Club counterparts - a great chance to make new friends and connect with others learning Jiu-Jitsu, attend seminars from Black Belts, or prepare for your next belt grading!
