Conservation Volunteers (SUCV)

We run local conservation days on Sundays, restoring ecosystems and biodiversity around Southampton and Hampshire. We work with local nature reserves and wildlife trusts on heathland restoration, invasive plant removal, coppicing, tree planting, and more. Membership is free, along with free tea, coffee and biscuits on tasks. We also hold socials. We meet on Sunday mornings around Southampton, usually around 9, and mostly use buses to travel to tasks, but we also volunteer at places within walking distance, we usually come back around 4.
