We are expecting it to be a crowded event.
The capacity for this event is between 500 to 800 people.

The welfare space for this event will be in the Advice Centre in Building 40.

There will be no food to purchase at this event.


Toilets  
There will be disabled, female, and male toilets in Building 40.

There will be some seating available at this event.

There will be alcohol for sale at this event.

Accessibility  
There are lifts and step-free access points available at all our events.


Safety Bus  
The Safety Bus will be running from Crescent on Highfield Campus from 21:00 till 03:00. 


British Sign Language  
Unfortunately, we do not have the resources to provide BSL, however if you have your own support, they are more than welcome to join.
